| 1. Open up an image you want to use the template on, and make it 100x100px.
Also open up a template you want to use. CLICK

| 2. Use the rectangular marquee tool and selete the whole template. press
Ctrl+C on your keyboard. CLICK

| 3. Go to the image, and press Ctrl+V on your keyboard, then the template
should be pasted on the image. CLICK

| 4. Go to the Pannel as shown in the image and zoom the image to 400%.
If you don't have that pannel, go to windows and select the part that says
naviagtor. CLICK FOR IMAGE |
| 5. Now click on the Magic Wand Tool, and make sure you are
on the template layer, then use the magic wand tool and click in one of
the spaces (between the lines, where your delete the part that's seleted).

| 6. Leave the part selected, and click on the layer the image is on, then
press Delete (Del) button on your keyboard, do that for all the parts you
want to be deleted. CLICK FOR

7. Click on the template layer and delete it. Go to the image layer,
double click, and go down to stroke, change the settings to: Black, Inside,
1px. Then click ok. You can add any effects you want to the image and etc.
then go to file > save for web, and save it as PNG or GIF. CLICK
