1. Open up the image you want to use and create a new layer. Make sure your colour pannel's set to black and white .

2. Click on the blank layer and go to Filter > Render > Clouds.

3. Then you should get something similar to this...Maybe not the colours it might be a bit lighter or darker.

4. Now go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.

5. Change the settings so it match the following:

6. Now go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur.

7. Change the angle to 60 and distance to 15.

8. Now set that layer to Screen.

9. Go to Image > Adjustments > Levels.

10. Change everything to the following settings.

11. Create layers with the steps a few more times and switch to image ready and set the seconds to whatever you like then you are finished. MY FINISHED WORK
